Dive Palm Springs is a new petite resort located in the heart of Palm Springs. It offers a sexy 1960s French Riviera experience breaking away from the mid-century modern aesthetic seen throughout the city.
Looking back, Dive was much bigger than a branding assignment. It was experiential. Working closely with the owners, we imagined every touchpoint for the experience at the hotel. In the first year of operation, Dive achieved an 81% increase in YOY revenue growth compared to the previous hotel on the site.

An icon reborn.
Meet Lulu, the diving girl. She’s an eight-foot neon work of art dating back to 1954. She'd come with the original property and had fallen on tough times. So the new owners patched her up and set her back on her rightful perch. It only seemed natural to make her the official Dive icon.
Our job was to create an experience that emanates Dive’s distinct charm. So we built a site with irresistible imagery and clever copy that gives guests a sense of the experience to come. And, of course, it easily handles all the bookings that keep pouring in.
We built Dive’s social presence from scratch. On Instagram, we leveraged organic content, smart influencer partnerships and stunning photography to project the spirit of the property and boost bookings immediately.
THE DIVE CAMPAIGN
We commissioned New York based fashion illustrator Spiros Halaris to capture Dive’s bohemian 1960s French Riviera vibe. His original artwork was used in posters, postcards and social ads.

“Five minutes into our first call we knew we’d found the right partner for the project. From day one, Chris understood our vision for the property and did an incredible job bringing our brand to life in ways we never expected. Every touchpoint was thoughtfully considered. He gave us a brand personality that has helped make the experience at Dive unforgettable.”
